These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lallo, operated by Supreonix. By creating an account, connecting a social-media account, placing an order, or otherwise using Lallo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Lallo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of any connected platform. You must have authority to manage any profile, page, content, link, or account submitted to Lallo.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating TikTok or another platform’s terms, policies, intellectual-property rights, or community guidelines.
- Submitting unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content or accounts.
- Attempting to bypass security, access another user’s account, disrupt the service, scrape restricted data, or misuse our APIs.
- Using Lallo to impersonate others, mislead users, distribute malware, or facilitate fraud.
4. Connected Social-Media Accounts
When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize Lallo to access the data and permissions shown during the platform’s authorization process. You may revoke access through the connected platform. Revocation may disable related Lallo features.
Lallo is an independent service and is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by TikTok or other third-party platforms. Platform availability, APIs, policies, and account actions are controlled by those third parties and may change without notice.
5. Orders and Service Delivery
You are responsible for reviewing service descriptions and providing correct order details. Delivery times and results are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee specific engagement, reach, revenue, ranking, account growth, or continued availability of third-party platform features.
6. Payments, Balances, and Refunds
Prices and payment methods are displayed before purchase. Account funds may be used only for eligible Lallo services and have no cash value except where withdrawal is expressly supported. Refund eligibility depends on the service status, delivery, provider rules, and applicable law. Completed or partially delivered services may be non-refundable.
7. Affiliate and API Use
Affiliate and API users must comply with published limits, protect access credentials, avoid deceptive promotion, and ensure their customers understand applicable service terms. We may suspend API or affiliate access in response to abuse, excessive traffic, fraud, or policy violations.
8. Intellectual Property
Lallo’s software, branding, interface, documentation, and original content belong to Supreonix or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, our systems, or legal compliance. You may stop using Lallo at any time and request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Lallo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, content removal, or decisions made by TikTok or other platforms. Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Lallo for the affected service during the six months preceding the claim, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
11. Changes and Contact
