What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept M-Pesa payments in Kenya. Funds are added to your wallet and can be used immediately for orders. More payment options coming soon.
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to "Add Funds" in your dashboard, enter the amount you want to deposit, and follow the M-Pesa payment instructions. Funds are credited instantly after payment confirmation.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, the minimum deposit is KES 100. There is no maximum limit on deposits.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience issues with your order, we offer refills or store credit. Contact support for assistance.
How do I check my wallet balance?
Your wallet balance is displayed at the top of every page in the header. You can also view detailed transaction history in your dashboard.
